Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Returns/Exchanges

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase please email our customer service team at anthea@kanstinatorandbear.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order. An exchange will be approved, providing items are unworn or unused and with original tags still attached and items are sent back within 14 days from the day you received the order.

If the item is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative item or endeavor to restock that item.

Exchanges do not apply to items purchased on sale.

Please be aware that the cost of return delivery is the responsibility of the customer. Kanstinator and Bear do not refund for any postage costs incurred. We will not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

 

Sales/Discounts

Once your order is placed it cannot be changed, cancelled or altered.

 

Faulty/Damaged Items

It is important that you are happy with your purchase, however in the unlikely event that you

purchased faulty or damaged items, please email our customer service team at anthea@kanstinatorandbear.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will offer you an exchange or refund including postage.
